Here are some links great sites recommended about various themes relating to web design. Whether it's other graphic sites like Ichabod1799, sites that offer tutorials in coding a photoshop or sites that offer designing resources such as brush sets and textures, they will be listed here under the appropriate headlines.

These sites pretty much offer the same type of items, wallpapers, pre-made layouts, icons. Of course they're all different styles and worth checking out, some offer extra things that others don't like tutorials, textures and blogs.

Review Sites

It's sad that I only know and could find three review sites that are still functioning. It's a very demanding field, just by looking at their waiting list and how thorough and detailed they're reviews are it's easy to see why many of these sites are becoming so rare. But these three know what they're doing and give you great tips on how to improve.
