A nice rectro Drake layout. Yes I decided to make another Drake Bell layout, his new CD comes out December 5th, and so I have titled it after one of my favourite new songs of his, "Fool The World." I got some inspiration from a friend "Norven's" friendster profile, and decided to go with a 60s theme because that suits Drake's Beatle style.

I had to go hunting for some funky brushes, because this is the first time I have done anything like this, and I had to also make my own because I couldn't find a 60s style flower. Norven and with his amazing paint talents used an asterics * for his flowers, because there are no brushes for Paint and so I did that too for one of the flower designs.
