Random Posting

I finally made a new wallpaper. I know you're all thinking "wow one wallpaper, you must be really lazy." Well let me tell you this: I am. Plain and simple. I am lazy, why? Well no one is interested in my personal problems. No one cares how I spend 12 hours a day at Tafe, which includes a 3 hour bus trip, and so there's no question that I'm absolutely exhausted when I get home, only I have no time for homework (cause it's too dark to render) and all I want is time to myself and read or play the Sims. Which I never do anyway because my brother is a hog on the main computer so I just sit on msn all night and get distracted and play the piano instead.

The point to all this is to simply say I have posted a new wallpaper. A Drake Bell one. It's been sitting here for weeks unfinished and I finally finished it a few days ago. I have also decided from now on to make all my wallpapers 1280x1024 and 1024x768. I have also from now on decided to put credits up for the wallpapers. You will now notice with the new Drake Bell one that it states where I got the image from and where I downloaded the brushes. I have decided to do this with all new upcoming ones and not with the old ones, why? Because I can't be stuffed hunting down all those brushes, half those sites have closed down anyway. I might when I get the time to do it with the latest wallpapers that I still remember which brushes I used.

Why the sudden change? because it's the right thing to do. Well actually I was bored and so I was going through all the random emails my affiliate Mary send to each other and she mentioned this site called Acerbic Bitches - which I think is the coolest thing ever. There are people out there that aren't kissing but to the big league designer websites, and they pick out the flaws in everything. I highly recommend you have a read. I'm glad people out there have the same opinion as me about Blinding Light and Aethereality. Who also express my hate for disabling right clicking, cause I too am in the habit of right clicking on links. I also disagree on some of their opinions and am still cool with it. I'm also glad that I'm not mentioned there even though this site has a billion flaws.

Anyway it doesn't matter what this post says, only 3 people are going to read it and if you just did and I don't know you then congratulations on just wasting so many minutes of your life. When all you should know is I made a new wallpaper.

I need to wash my hair

Okay first of all I'm sorry for the lack of updates. Who would have thought doing an illustration course, finally getting piano lessons would result in so much time and effort, which would result into so much homework, which would result into not doing that homework which would result to a "I can't be bothered attitude" which would result into reading comics and sleeping instead.

I would also like to apologise to anyone I scared which my laziness and pointless complaining, particularly Joy - sorry for making you so worried. Back to the point now. I finally have an update. I manage to sneak time to make a new layout...and what a disappointment it was. Not really. But I did want to code it as a div layout but it got too complex, so I took the easy solution and made it yet another tables layout. I had a whole lot to say about it but I can't remember what I was gonna write - also I'm really tired. So I'm gonna leave it there and say that I hope you enjoy the new layout.

Hopefully I'll be able to get more time to make more update sin the future ^^

There is also one last thing I'm gonna say. There are a lot of graphic sites out there and they mainly focus on Anime and Manga orientated graphics. Part of my success is the fact that this site doesn't go there. I get a lot of praise for being different but sad to say not for long. A friend at Tafe is getting me into anime and Manag and I'm starting to fall for it, at the moment I'm reading and watching Chrno Crusade and I adore it, it's so cute.

I guess it doesn't really matter anyway, my lack of updates appear to have gotten rid of my visitors.

Hmm one of my cats is getting really fat.

One more thing, thanks to Norven for helping me out, and I miss Mary. Hope she's alright.

Anyway that's not the point. I just posted to say that the site is getting back on track. I still haven't made any new graphics but I have spent the last few days cleaning this place up. Fixing some of the spelling and grammar errors that only the reviews seem to pick up and finally adding that review this place got so long ago. You can read how miserable it made me feel in the reviews section.

Which reminds me about a new section I posted up, it's called Responses and it's just my responses to things. At the moment it's my responses to two of my reviews, but I think over time I'll post responses to emails and such. Kinda like a hall of fame and a hall of shame. You are also free to post comments to my responses if you agree of disagree with them, should be interesting. So you can now read responses under the Articles menu.

I also tried out Foobar's suggestion to making the site load faster and looked into external Javascripts. But sadly when I tested that out it only worked in Firefox. It seems like a good idea but foolish if your visitors don't have java installed then they can't access parts of the site, since my whole drop down menu is a java code. It sure does free up a lot of room and mess but it sure is a gamble too.

Wow! An update

Well I'm sitting here enjoying the start of my Two week break. Two weeks of boredom and site fixing up to do, wallpaper and layout making to be done and requests to full fill, as well as the occasional homework and testing out Sims 2 Free Time.

At the moment I'm sitting here enjoying my easter candy (I'm sick of chocolate) and listening to Origin on my stereo, it sounds so good. I can't remember the last time I played Evanescence's very first EP album on the stereo, usually only listen to it on my Ipod.

Anyway, I have some updates, yay. I added 3 new wallpapers. I feel cheap for using the exclusive wallpapers I made for two Evanescence fan groups, but I really needed to update this place and I think they were the best wallpapers I've made so far. So both the group owners thought it was a wonderful idea that I also put them up here, so please I hope you enjoy them, you can check them out at the Wallpapers section.

I've had sudden motivation to add more works when I stumbled across a forum topic on the Drake Bell message board that's devoted to talking about my wallpapers, and I have had no contribution to that topic, so I feel so happy knowing I still have fans out there...somewhere. Thanks for everyone's nice comments, also thanks to all the visitors who visit here and post and use my works

I've also updated some new artworks to my Deviantart, some more works from my new illustration course. I'm starting to get the hang of digital airbrushing now, and hope to be making more digital works. So be sure to check them out too if you haven't all ready.

That's all the updates I have for now, I still need to add some Christmas gifts I received (I know I'm really behind) and add that new review as well as fixing up the Dixy Pixy review, 'cause apparently that page doesn't work in IE, but I can't find the problem the code looks correct to me. So Hopefully someone can help find the problem and tell me.
